How I can find my Noritake china pattern?
I inheirited vintage Noritake and there is no pattern name on it, but I know is from the second half of the 1940's. And it has gold finish w / black detail, like greek key almost, and the crockery is shades of cream and two white. I went to replacement.com, but can not go through all the patterns and some do not even have pictures. Certainly there is a big "M" on the bottom. Any suggestions? thanks, but these responses are not helpful.

How do I get E Bay Auctions completed?
I bid on a cheater quilt top on e-bay and whe n my bid appeared a decimal was left out. I bid $21.50 and it showed as $2150.00. All other bids were out bid because of this error. I don’t want to pay the fee e-bay bid for it for me.
Go to HELP and search for bid retraction.
You are allowed to retract a bid if you entered it incorrectly. It should be done immediately after the mistake though.
What was the final price of the item. I doubt it was $2150 though…

Looking for good sites to scare someone into buckling seat belt in backseat.?
I have a friend who, unfortunately, is still under te obviously absurd notion that it’s OK not to wear the seat belt in the back seat. Looking for any good sites that have stats, diagrams, and ESPECIALLY GORY pictures, ejection videos, and the like to convince my friend that not buckling up is about the stupidest thing you can do..
Check with your State Police Headquarters. They are geared towards education of that sort of thing. The one thing is that in Illinois it is the law and carries a very hefty fine (and the state police often run roadside checks, net a lot of money for the state that way). Also if you can arrange it, you might see if someone at your local MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Drivers) have some pics too. Even though they usually only have educational materials about those crashes which have involved drunk drivers, they will have a contact at the State Police.
